Site Manager responsibilities

• Manage the fit out packages on a residential scheme from first fix to handover
• Manage the day to day site and H&S
• Report into the project manager and manage sub-contractors

Ideal Site Manager

• Residential experience working for a developer or main contractor.
• Someone who has over 10years experience in fit out and seen from first fix to handover.
• Highly professional Site Manager who wants progression and growth.
