We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager with an electrical bias to oversee our clients projects on Hospitals across London and Guildford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance
Duties of the role will include:
- Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Supervise and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing issues proactively.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in electrical systems and installations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure project success.
Requirements and experience for the role are:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably with an electrical bias.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
