We are currently working with a leading main contractor, to assist in their search for a Site Manager across London on EWI and recladding projects. This will be residential and commercial buildings, needing extensive knowledge on EWI and cladding. Our client has a strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work.
Responsibilities for Site Manager:
- Oversee the external works on projects.
- Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
- Keep the project on time and in budget.
Requirements for Site Manager:
- Understand programming and process.
- Worked on RC frame housing projects.
- Hard worker who wants to prove themselves to progress up the ladder.
