A leading developer is searching for a strong internal site manager taking units from first fix to handover, for a major project. 

This scheme is going to be a stand out development in Borehamwood, as one of the first high rise projects it will stand alone in the skyline. Once completed it will consist of over 800 residential units, including community amenities & a brand new school in over 6 acres of space. 

The phase of the scheme will be 300 units, based in 3 RC frame towers.

As an internal site manager, some of your duties will include; 

  • Managing units from first fix through to handover
  • Driving on trades 
  • Managing asm & finishing managers
  • Using fieldview
  • Involved and heading up weekly & monthly progress meetings
  • Reporting into the project manager

To be considered for the internal site manager you must;

  • Be a driven character
  • Have longevity with previous contractors/ developers
  • Preferably have a degree or trade background 
  • Residential project experience, on RC frame projects
  • Previous experience from first fix to handover
