CSS Recruitment and Training are looking for a M&E Site Managerfor a London based project.

Working on behald of a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on commercial projects. Applicant will need previous experience working for a large M&E Contractor.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical works on-site.
  • Ensure all installations meet design specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Resolve any on-site issues and provide technical support.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and report to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in M&E site management, particularly in large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
