The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and organising construction projects
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing site teams
- Coordinating with project stakeholders
- Monitoring project costs and budgets
- Resolving disputes
- Maintaining accurate project documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS qualification (or equivalent)
