Technical Resources are recruiting fora Sprinkler Site Manager to work under a Project Manager and/or Project Engineer on the installation of sprinkler, dry riser, and wet riser pipework systems across various projects in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects while ensuring quality installation and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep records of installation progress and monitor against the program of works.
  • Liaise with clients regarding progress and schedule.
  • Fabricate and install sprinkler pipework.
  • Maintain up-to-date site records, including site diary.
  • Review drawings and ensure work aligns with company fire designs, quality expectations, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance on-site with issued and approved method statements and risk assessments.
  • Assist with testing and commissioning of systems.
  • Supervise and assist mates and trainees.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Knowledge of construction sites.
  • Understanding of sprinkler installations.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Valid CSCS Card (essential).
  • SSSTS (preferred but not essential).
  • Sprinkler NVQ Level 2 (preferred but not essential).
