- Manage and oversee all TMS functions within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of all financial data.
- Implement and maintain TMS system efficiencies and improvements.
- Lead, motivate and develop the TMS team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Profile
A successful TMS Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a TMS leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of TMS systems and processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
