As the Web Manager, you will drive website performance globally, working closely with the Digital, UX and CRM teams.
The Role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all website changes and support.
- Lead web optimisation efforts, focusing on enhancing the customer journey.
- Collaborate with UX specialists to test, design, and implement improvements.
- Manage and mentor a team of six direct reports, driving performance and innovation.
- Share web best practices with internal teams and senior stakeholders.
The Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in website management.
- Proven track record of optimising website journeys for better user experience.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Proficiency in website/SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Screaming Frog.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.
