This role is working for a small-medium sized FM service provider who are widely renowned in the construction industry. There is great opportunity to up skill yourself in other trades, and to work in some high-end, flagship commercial buildings.
- Core Hours - 10pm - 6am Mon to Fri
- Covering multiple commercial sites in London Zones 1 & 2
- Permanent Contract - Salary up to £38,000 per annum (DOE)
Main duties are painting and decorating walls, ceilings, fixtures and skirting across a commercial portfolio.
Requirements
- C&G/NVQ Level 2 in Painting/Decorating (desirable)
- Min. 5 years painting/decorating experience in commercial environments
- Must be willing to partake in other basic maintenance issues that may arise
