ANALYTICS LEAD (SENIOR LEADERSHIP)

£120,000 - £135,000

THE COMPANY

This well-known Entertainment company is looking for a Senior leader to come in and drive the already established Customer Analytics function.

THE ROLE

You'll oversee a team of 14, with 4 Senior Manager direct reports, to help develop and streamline the function and justify the value and impacts of their work to Senior stakeholders. You'll be working cross-functionally with both established and less established teams, spanning across Viewer, Marketing, Social and Product data. You'll need to be comfortable and experienced in talking to non-technical stakeholders, in order to show the impact and importance of your team, carving out the customer analytics function and really defining it within the business.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Customer Analytics
  • At least 3 years experience managing teams of 10+
  • Ideally, you must come from an Entertainment/broadcasting background
  • Senior stakeholder engagement is a must
