The Role

We are seeking a Customer Insight Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving data-driven strategies. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver comprehensive analysis and reporting projects, from identifying opportunities to creating actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor customer lifecycle and cohort performance.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual customer forecasting models to support business planning.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate customer insights into strategic initiatives.
  • Develop customer segmentation models to enhance customer experience strategies.
  • Present insights and key findings to senior stakeholders, effectively communicating data-driven narratives.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment in customer behaviour measurement across regions.
  • Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and SQL.
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within the retail sector.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with customer data platforms.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, excelling in stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.
