THE COMPANY
The business is leading luxury retailer offering homeware, clothing and gifts to millions of customers across the UK and US. Now one of the UK fastest-growing multi-channel retailers and a leading lifestyle brand, they are seeking to hire a Customer Analyst to support with their ongoing expansion.
Joining the business as a Customer Analyst, you'll play a vital role in helping shape the ongoing marketing strategy through the delivery of impactful marketing effectiveness analysis and evaluations.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Segmenting and extracting customer data to use for marketing targeting and evaluation
- Interpret data, identify customer behaviour trends and develop customer profile and behavioural understanding to influence marketing strategy
- Optimise data models for enhanced performance
- Help stakeholders across the business to understand and increase the value that marketing activity brings to the business, enhancing ROI
- Design, implement and interpret A/B test and control methods to help measure and evolve campaign effectiveness
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong technical experience in SQL and Data Visualisation
- Background in marketing/customer analytics and proven expertise working with customer/marketing data
- Strong stakeholder management skills
