THE ROLE ??

As a Customer Analyst, you'll play a key role in turning data into insights that shape marketing, customer engagement, and business strategy. You'll analyse customer behaviour across multiple channels, identify trends, and work with stakeholders to improve acquisition, retention, and overall customer experience.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work with large datasets, SQL, and Power BI, helping to optimise business performance through deep analysis and reporting. If you love solving problems with data and want to make an impact in a fast-moving retail business, this is the role for you! ??

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ??

? Analyse customer data to uncover trends in acquisition, retention, and engagement.? Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track business performance.? Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to measure campaign success and optimise strategy.? Extract and manipulate data from SQL databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.? Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer experience and drive growth.? Work closely with business stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable strategies.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE �?

?? Strong experience in customer, marketing, or e-commerce analytics.?? Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis (Essential).?? Experience using Power BI or similar data visualisation tools (Preferred).?? Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and trends in large datasets.?? Excellent communication skills - able to present insights in a clear and impactful way.?? A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
