THE CUSTOMER INSIGHTS ANALYST ROLE:
As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be leading multiple projects at the same time from concept to completion. Flexibility will be key as calls to Clients based in USA (Pacific Time Zone) are necessary.
CUSTOMER INSIGHTS ANALYST ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- 6+ Years relevant work experience.
- 3+ Years experience in Financial Services (Consumer Banking)
- Adaptability - Ensuring communication is heard and understood in both verbal and written format.
- Using PowerPoint to a Professional & Visually Compelling Standard
