Are you a contractor with experience in Digital Analytics and Visualisation? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working on varied projects? We're looking for a Data Analyst to join an agency client and contribute to exciting projects for one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.
In this role, you will be working closely with a small team to deliver impactful analytics solutions on a project-by-project basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working on a Google Analytics (GA4) project to understand customer behaviour on the customer websites
- Conducting a full website audit, identifying user journey leaks, and improving site performance
- Building dashboards in Power BI (or a similar visualisation tool) to visualise key results and performance metrics
- Campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Conducting exploratory analytical deep dives to uncover insights
- Collaborating with teams handling customer and financial services data to create a holistic view of customer journeys across CRM, website, and other channels
Skills & Experience
- Strong Google Analytics (GA4) experience
- Experience with Power BI (or similar visualisation tools)
- Coding experience in SQL and Python (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Ability to work closely with other teams and overlay customer data with existing data sets to provide actionable insights
