Our client, a lifestyle heritage brand, is looking for a Global Marketing Data Analyst to join their team.The role:Reporting into Head of Performance Marketing, the new role of Data Analyst will play a vital part in creating insights to shape marketing strategy and drive investment decisions across digital markets and channels. Working closely with Marketing, E-commerce and their external paid media agency, your role will ensure that they are tracking and reporting our marketing campaigns consistently against their key KPI’s, enabling them to communicate the performance to key stakeholders.

The role requires in-depth experience and expertise in analysing Marketing and Ecom performance, with the ability to draw actionable insights to increase effectiveness and incrementality of marketing. You will be involved in executing campaign launches, major technology deployments and working within a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing and processing campaign & CRM data, developing actionable insights and strategies across all channel data.
  • Contributing to the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative strategy and marketing solutions.
  • Developing website KPI’s and providing reporting and analysis against these KPI’s as well as campaign and commercial performance, highlighting issues and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Analysing website performance and working closely with our Marketing team on testing roadmaps.
  • Sharing ongoing insights with relevant stakeholders to continually optimise campaign and website performance.
  • Providing reports to update internal stakeholders on current activities.

Who you are:

  • Experience working with digital marketing data and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic Display, Youtube and CRM.
  • You should be confident with understanding, managing, and discussing this data with key stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) up to C Suite level.
  • Good commercial understanding, you should be able to understand how to drive business value through insights, modelling, and segmentation.
  • Experience in omni-channel or ecommerce and having operated in a d2c environment with a well evolved customer data ecosystem.
  • Some hands-on data analytics skills (SQL, R, Python).
  • Good understanding of web analytics and tracking. Also understanding of CRM and how CRM integrates with digital acquisition.
  • Experience using visualization tools, in particular Google Data Studio.
