KEY DUTIES

  • Lead research projects from design to reporting for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with project managers for timely, on-budget research delivery.
  • Work with platform and community managers for smooth service delivery.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years in client-facing quantitative research; expert in survey techniques.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Q, SPSS); excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven leader; thrives in tech/SaaS, start-up environments, seeks autonomy.
