Working for a leadin new homes property sales company in heart of the City! Responsible for market research and identifying price points for live projects which support tendering for projects!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular reviews of pricing and competition for ongoingprojects.
  • Create research reports with detailed insights into all boroughs of London, covering sales information and construction pipelines.
  • Monitor planning applications, approvals, and construction pipelines across London, focusing on key clients.
  • Comfortable presenting research findings to clients at meetings and events.
  • Deliver high-quality research reports to support pricing and sales targets for ongoing developments.
  • Provide essential intelligence for tenders, including pricing, competition research, demographic analysis, and economic insights.
  • Support subsidiary development business with information for land deals, including pricing, competition and accommodation mix.
  • Consult with clients at initial planning stage.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating and presenting detailed research reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Knowledge of the London real estate market.
  • Ability to support pricing through high-quality research.
  • Communication and consulting skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • inDesign experience preferred.
