We have a great new opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator/Executive who is looking to take on a new challenge covering Maternity leave to start in mid November.

This role will suit someone who has all round marketing experience from the financial services industry who is used to dealing with HNW clients and investors.

This team is the Private Capital Team of a Lloyd's Market Underwriters - so quite unique. Therefore your experience in a marketing role within the Financial Investment industry would be highly valued.

Your role will include the following duties:

  • Supporting the execution of the marketing and communications strategy, liaising with a third-party PR company
  • Producing regular updates for key comms platforms including LinkedIn and the company website, drafting articles, publications, and quarterly newsletters, alongside other communication tools as agreed within the strategy.
  • Supporting New Business meetings and presentations, preparing slides, gathering data and insight and producing marketing materials as requested. You will proactively monitor upcoming meetings to ensure attendees have the materials needed to convert opportunities.
  • Ensuring new business leads are logged and tracked on the CRM system, working together with the Operations team to develop reporting tools directly from the CRM system.
  • Organising events hosted or co-hosted by the company for their intermediary network, and potential and existing clients.
  • Working with the Business Development Team and the Client Directions to create further literature for existing clients and potential clients.
  • Creating innovative communication materials (filming, interviews, podcasts etc), and explore other social media platforms that could be beneficial to the company

Ideally you will be a confident user of Adobe InDesign, MailChimp, PowerPoint and Excel as well as CRM databases

As you can see this is a wide ranging Marketing role and as well as this, you will be encouraged to attend networking events when required, so strong articulate communication skills are key as is the confidence to build good business relationships.

The aim is for you to have @ 2 month handover with the current job-holder and ideally we are looking for you to be free to start in mid November 2025.
