We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer for a 6-month contract with a leading financial services organization. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ) and Customer Insights Data (CID) within Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in the context of a Customer Data Platform (CDP). The role involves designing and implementing dynamic, real-time solutions using both real-time and cached data sources derived from online transactions.
As a key member of an agile development team, you will contribute to the architecture and implementation of microservices and API management solutions. This is a hands-on development role, requiring expertise in configuring Dynamics 365, working with CIJ and CID, and designing solutions that scale efficiently. Strong communication and leadership skills are required as you will work closely with both technical teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ) and Customer Insights Data (CID) solutions within Dynamics 365.
- Leverage real-time and cached data sources from online transactions for customer insights and data integration.
- Provide technical leadership and support for agile teams, ensuring best practices in API management and microservices design.
- Collaborate closely with other developers, architects, and business analysts to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM as needed, with a strong emphasis on integrating and optimizing CIJ/CID functionality.
- Lead and mentor junior developers while driving technical solutions and providing oversight on development activities.
- Continuously assess the system's performance and recommend improvements to ensure scalability, security, and stability.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ) and Customer Insights Data (CID) within a CDP context.
- Proven expertise in API management and the microservices design pattern.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing real-time/cached data solutions from online transactions.
- Strong Dynamics 365 configuration and customization experience.
- Proven experience working as a Senior Developer or Lead Engineer in an agile development environment.
- Excellent hands-on development skills in .NET, C#, and other Dynamics 365 supported technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
- Experience in financial services or similar regulated industries is highly desirable.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with Azure services and integrations.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools in the context of Dynamics 365 solutions.
