.KEY DUTIES
- Lead quant workstreams independently, ensuring minimal supervision and efficient delivery.
- Conduct quant research, with basic knowledge of other research methodologies for context.
- Collaborate and coordinate efforts seamlessly with the broader team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3-4 years of full-time experience for junior level / 5-10 years of full-time experience for senior level
- Proficient in advanced formulas, advanced pivots, and Excel modelling.
- Desirable skills include SPSS syntax, R, or Python, with basic storytelling abilities.
