The Role:

  • Supporting the sales team with the internal recruitment of talent within the Treasury Capital Markets IT sector - but you don't need to be an expert in these beforehand!
  • Candidate management through the hiring cycle (client brief, resourcing and engaging with candidates, assessing their skill-set up to delivery);
  • Commercial research on client technology use cases.
  • Support to new business development & sales functions.
  • Building long lasting relationships with both candidates and consultants to grow networks.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Educated to Masters or any international equivalent level.
  • Sales based or recruitment experience/placement year is ideal but not required.
  • Driven, confident and assertive with an ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to engage with C-Level associates and candidates.
  • A positive and resilient mindset to achieve strong progression in a challenging sales environment.
  • A UK drivers licence and ability to commute by car is preferable but not essential.
  • This client will provide sponsorship and financial assistance with relocation if required.
