I'm working with a global travel brand on a 1-year contract for an Affiliate Marketing Executive. Tasked with management and development of the EMEA affiliate programme, this role requires impeccable stakeholder management, impressive commercial acumen and strong experience managing a large affiliate network.

The role

  • Oversee daily operations of the affiliate channel, managing inquiries, exposure, and administrative tasks.
  • Serve as primary contact for the affiliate network, briefing campaigns, providing updates, and addressing queries.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of affiliate campaigns, from planning and execution to post-campaign analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and represent the business at key events to identify opportunities.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, propose incentive structures, and collaborate on optimisation efforts to enhance programme results.

The candidate

  • Prior experience working in a large-scale matrix organisation, ideally in travel.
  • Strong analytical & data skills and prior experience using Commission Junction would be ideal!
  • Able to build strong relationships with affiliates & internal stakeholders
  • Immediately available to start
