This role is essential in driving the day-to-day management of the Affiliate channel, focusing on maximising sales, revenue and new customer acquisition.This is a fantastic opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing professional to take ownership of their EMEA Affiliate Marketing programme and drive it forward.*Any experience in Travel/Tourism is beneficial*Role Requirements* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the affiliate channel, managing publisher inquiries, monitoring exposure* Serve as the primary contact for the affiliate network, briefing campaigns, providing updates on upcoming activities, and addressing any queries* Assist in the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies * Manage the full lifecycle of affiliate campaigns, from planning and strategic briefings to execution and post-campaign analysis* Represent the business at key affiliate events* Propose and implement effective commission structures and incentive programmes* identify test-and-learn opportunities for optimising and diversifying the Affiliate programme* Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate partners* Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations* Develop and maintain clear documentation for affiliate processes* Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for programme enhancementRequired Skills & Experience* Proven experience managing affiliate campaigns (ideally within the travel/tourism industry)* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights* Proficient in affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Commission Junction) with a solid understanding of tracking and performance analytics* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships* Creative with a keen eye for detail* Strong organisational and project management skills* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.* Commercial understanding with experience negotiating commercial terms preferred* Competent in Excel and analytics platforms.For more information or immediate consideration for this opportunity, please contact Charlie Grant at CPS Group UK on or email By applying to this advert you are giving CPS Group (UK) Ltd authority to hold and process your data for this specific role and any other roles we may deem suitable to you over time.
