- Exposure to exciting projects, including acting as community manager for the online alumni platform
- Creating digital content such as videos
- Delivering a complex communications plan of up to 400 emails per year
- Showcasing alumni achievements across multiple media platforms
- Responsible for social media and university webpages
- Supporting creative and award-winning communications campaigns
- Producing regular e-newsletters, collaborating with teams across the organisation to share the latest news from academic faculties and departments
- Reporting to the Alumni Communications and Marketing Manager
- Sitting within the highly collaborative Alumni Engagement Team, part of the Advancement Division
- Facilitate Alumni to be a part of a global, vibrant community with access to services, activities, events, communications, and the university’s strong reputation
- Build a stronger, more engaged alumni network and provide excellent support through a mutually beneficial relationship
- 4 years minimum experience in a digital marketing or communications role
- Experience writing and producing content
