Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Local Site Marketing Programs: Design and develop marketing materials and content for branded service stations.
- Gain and Renewal Marketing Support: Coordinate marketing support materials for new retailers joining our network.
- B2B Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales team to target prospective customers and develop B2B marketing materials with the in-house Graphics department.
- Loyalty Programme KPI Reporting Support: Assist in managing loyalty programme reporting, including customer communications and bespoke reporting to key retail groups.
- Retailer and Consumer Insight: Conduct customer and consumer surveys to enhance business insights and improve survey quality.
- Supplier Liaison: Manage day-to-day relationships with stock management and uniform suppliers, overseeing stock monitoring and replenishments.
- Online Presence: Support the development of the online presence for B2B and B2C customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly organised with strong administration and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Articulate with good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Marketing or industry-related qualification and/or experience (ideally to degree standard).
- Experience working with data and presenting it to stakeholders/customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred but not essential.
