Inventum has partnered with a Marketing Consultancy supporting clients on marketing operating model strategy and assisting in delivering strategic consulting services to clients within marketing.

You will help analyse clients' marketing functions, identify opportunities for optimisation, and develop actionable plans to improve performance across various marketing areas including - organisational design, agency model performance, process and platform improvements.

This role involves a blend of data analysis, strategy development, and project management to help clients enhance their overall marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating Model Strategy Development: Assist in creating comprehensive strategies that align with clients' business goals, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyse the effectiveness of current marketing operating models through the lenses of People, Partners, Process and Platforms and recommend improvements or new approaches.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients, clearly communicating insights and actionable next steps.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as the main day to day point of contact for clients, building trust and keeping projects on track. Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interviews & Stakeholder Engagement: Support/lead interviews with key client stakeholders to gather critical information, assess current marketing practices, and identify pain points. Use your findings to inform strategic recommendations along with lead consultant
  • Workshops & Facilitation: Design and support facilitation of workshops to align client teams on key marketing operating model improvements. Support collaborative sessions to help clients brainstorm solutions, prioritise strategies, and define actionable next steps. Summarise key findings and outcomes.
  • Business development: assist with building pipeline, proposals and pitches
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects both internal and external

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field would be beneficial
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals agency side or client side
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with clients in the marketing, advertising, or media industry
  • Prior experience in project management or marketing consulting is a plus
