Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Marketing Inbox and assist with InterAction admin.
- Track firmwide memberships and renewals.
- Update the Directory Tracker with quotes and rankings.
- Assist with event preparation, including RSVPs.
- Create graphics for posts and internal communications.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and change projects.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Professional, personable, and mature attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with technology and commercially aware.
