We are seeking a skilled Digital Campaigns Executive to support the campaign manager on brand activation and lead generation.

Description

  • Crafting Compelling Content: Develop on-brand, customer-focused, and benefit-led copy to support campaign objectives. Leverage a content-first strategy to deliver consistent messaging across channels, including email, social media, web, and paid platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy and Execution: Manage all social media channels by creating and executing plans aligned with key milestones. Maximise in-house content to boost engagement and achieve growth benchmarks and KPIs.
  • Asset Development: Create and deliver campaign assets using tools like Canva, while collaborating with designers for high-quality outputs as needed.
  • Platform Integration and Automation: Support the integration and scaling of platforms and tools, focusing on campaign automation (e.g., Pardot) to deliver targeted, personalised, and timely engagements.
  • Performance Analysis: Report on campaign performance, collaborating with Managers and Marketing Operations to uncover insights that drive optimisation and enhance customer engagement.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to create campaigns that align with commercial objectives. Ensure strong conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs through consistent monitoring, maintenance, and optimisation of processes.

Profile

  • Digital marketing experience including using social media platforms, paid and CRM/email.
  • Ability to craft compelling copy.
  • An understanding of content marketing and the role it plays in digital marketing.
