Communications & Marketing Officer

Our client, a successful brokerage firm, is seeking a proactive and dynamic Communication & Marketing Officer to join their London office. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication and marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s global brand.
• Collaborate with international offices and research teams to ensure the dissemination of current, impactful communications.
• Organize and manage employee communication events, ensuring effective collaboration with brokering teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and media outlets.
• Partner with local office leaders to identify and address communication needs, respecting cultural nuances.
• Draft engaging internal and external communication materials for diverse platforms.
• Lead global internal messaging, ensuring clear communication between London and international offices.
• Serve as the primary contact for key industry publications, fostering strong media relationships.
• Continuously measure and enhance the effectiveness of communication and engagement efforts.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Communication & Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
