The Role: They're now seeking a Communications and Marketing Associate to join their London team.

Job Information:

Role Overview: This is a hybrid role providing essential administrative support to the CEO office, with a particular focus on the Communications and Marketing team.

CEO Office Administrative Support: The CEO office comprises multiple teams, including Communications and Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, and Policy. In this role, the individual will support the CEO office team with the following tasks:

  • Budgeting: Coordinate the procurement process, including raising purchase orders, onboarding suppliers, managing invoices, and tracking payments against the budget.
  • Risk Management Reporting: Coordinate materials for the quarterly risk assessment reporting process.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative assistance for various projects and initiatives aimed at optimising processes across the organisation.
  • Policies and Procedures: Oversee the review cycle for all policy and procedure documents, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and timelines.

Communications and Marketing Administrative Support:

  • Campaign Coordination: Manage the content calendar and monitor the progress of marketing campaigns.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise and manage agendas for team and stakeholder meetings, including scheduling logistics and preparing necessary materials.
  • Content Management: Support the upkeep of content across the website, social media platforms, team SharePoint libraries, and the marketing toolkit.
  • Event Support: Provide assistance with logistics and execution of the event programme.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a team administrative role.
  • Tenacious, creative, and curious - able to propose solutions rather than focus on problems when something isn't working.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads effectively.
  • Confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong team-working and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software, with a willingness to develop additional skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Previous event organisation experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of digital channels and CMS is advantageous.
