The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Marketing Specialist to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness, foster audience engagement, and support lead generation efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for writing, strategy, and marketing to make a tangible impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that enhances brand recognition and engages target audiences.
  • Support lead generation through compelling content that aligns with business goals.

Website Content:

  • Plan, write, and optimise content for key web pages with a strong focus on SEO, user experience, and conversion optimisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the website communicates our value propositions effectively.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Produce a variety of content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, webinars, and product guides, targeting decision-makers in the fleet market.
  • Establish and maintain a content calendar aligned with sales goals, product launches, and ongoing campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of visual content (e.g., videos, infographics) to complement written assets.

SEO & Content Optimisation:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices to drive visibility and improve search rankings.
  • Regularly audit and optimise existing content to ensure it remains relevant, high-performing, and aligned with business objectives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align content with broader strategies, campaigns, and events.

Thought Leadership & Industry Influence:

  • Create thought leadership content that positions us as a key voice in the vehicle technology space.
  • Identify opportunities for pitching articles, guest blogs, and case studies to industry publications and websites.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify and pursue partnership or sponsorship opportunities (e.g., events, webinars, podcasts) to strengthen industry influence.

Content Performance & Analytics:

  • Track, measure, and report on content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data.
  • Regularly provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise engagement, lead generation, and brand authority.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to tailor content for different audiences and formats.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and content optimisation best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
