We're looking to bring on an Associate Director - Influencer Strategy to support our team on a fixed-term basis. This is a slightly more junior position than previous roles we've hired for, ideal for someone with 5-6 years of influencer marketing experience who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.

You'll work closely with our senior strategy and client teams to respond to briefs, develop creative campaign concepts, and deliver smart, insight-led influencer strategies for a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of influencer strategy across client campaigns and new business opportunities

  • Uncover relevant insights using research tools and cultural analysis to inform creative ideation

  • Translate insights into clear, compelling campaign narratives and influencer-first ideas

  • Present strategies and campaign approaches to clients confidently and clearly

  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, client services, and production) to ensure strategic alignment

  • Contribute to the development of new business responses and pitch decks

Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, either in-house or agency-side

  • Proven track record of building and delivering influencer strategies from brief to execution

  • A strong understanding of creator/influencer ecosystems across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

  • Confident presenting to clients and stakeholders

  • Strong grasp of social trends, audience behaviour, and cultural insights
