We are looking for a marketing guru with a CRM background to join us as a CRM Campaign Executive. Ideally you will have experience with Adobe Campaign. This role is hybrid with 3 days at the office and 2 remote if desired.
The Team: This role sits within the newspaper Marketing team, part of the wider Customer Revenue Team. Whilst physical newspapers are still a key part of our business, driving digital subscriptions and audiences will be the key to future success. The customer is at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to creating long term loyal customers through driving engagement, improving customer experience and creating enhanced products that meet our customers evolving needs.Your role: Reporting into the Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of our small to medium sized CRM campaigns. You will have a passion for data, can do attitude and an eye for detail, and be able to manage and prioritise your workload in a fun and fast paced environment. Day to day you will:
- Responsible for interpreting simple data campaign briefs
- Building Basic BAU, single touchpoint, and ad hoc campaigns
- Building and proofing CRM creative deliveries and templates (all channels)
- Use and manage self-serve drag and drop workflow capability to deploy campaign communications
- Provide campaign waterfall counts
- Preparation of campaign execution documentation for delivered campaigns
- Support Senior Campaign Manager in the delivery of larger campaign
What we’re looking for from you:
- Have experience using CRM marketing platforms
- Comfortable with using a SQL database, such as Google BigQuery, Oracle, Amazon Redshift
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Good communication skills
