A well respected international school group is looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to lead on global email marketing campaigns and be the Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert for the group. The team is in the London office three times per week with 2 days working from home.
Description
- Management of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM.
- Launch and manage automated email marketing campaigns which engage the Group's customer base on a national and international basis.
- Drive customer engagement through targeted CRM marketing strategies.
- Work collaboratively with UK and international colleagues.
- Customer journey management, ensuring a clear customer journey and nurturing throughout all campaigns.
- Track and analyse campaign results.
- Train relevant colleagues on the CRM.
Profile
- Essential: Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
- Strong ability to analyse and interpret campaign data, identifying trends and actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimising email performance.
Job Offer
- Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum
