A well respected international school group is looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to lead on global email marketing campaigns and be the Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert for the group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Marketing Executive to step up into a busy portfolio management role.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established international school group with a leading brand in the sector.

The team is in the London office three times per week with 2 days working from home.

Description

  • Management of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM.
  • Launch and manage automated email marketing campaigns which engage the Group's customer base on a national and international basis.
  • Drive customer engagement through targeted CRM marketing strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with UK and international colleagues.
  • Customer journey management, ensuring a clear customer journey and nurturing throughout all campaigns.
  • Track and analyse campaign results.
  • Train relevant colleagues on the CRM.

Profile

  • Essential: Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
  • Strong ability to analyse and interpret campaign data, identifying trends and actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimising email performance.
