What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build epic, data-driven customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Moveable Ink, delivering personalized experiences across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that aligns with campaign goals.
  • Use Moveable Ink to create dynamic content that delivers personalized messages at scale, optimizing for each customer’s individual preferences and behaviors.
  • Refine and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data-driven insights, and continuous improvements.
  • Work within two teams:
  • Lifecycle Marketing Team —focused on customer retention, renewals, and re-engagement strategies.
  • Growth Markets Team —focused on new product categories and driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

We need a CRM Marketing Automation Specialist with solid experience in both Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Moveable Ink. If you're an expert in building personalized email journeys, managing complex CRM strategies, and optimizing campaigns with a focus on customer experience, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll need:

  • Deep experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) , especially Journey Builder and other automation tools within the platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Moveable Ink —whether it's creating dynamic content, automating email campaigns, or integrating the tool with other platforms.
  • A/B testing expertise —you’re comfortable analyzing performance and using data to continually improve campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of dynamic content, personalization, and using tools like AMPScript and Moveable Ink to create tailored, high-impact customer journeys.
  • A data-driven mindset—always looking for new ways to optimize, refine, and deliver better results.
  • Creative problem-solving skills —you're not just executing campaigns but looking for ways to innovate, improve, and drive better customer experiences.
