As we continue to grow and impact the industry, we are looking for a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help elevate our brand through engaging, results-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Ownership:

  • Act as the primary owner of our CRM and marketing automation platform, ensuring it is optimally configured to support business objectives.

Data Clean-Up and GDPR Compliance:

  • Implement robust data hygiene practices and guarantee full GDPR compliance, focusing on consent management, data retention, and communication preferences.

Lead Nurturing and Funnel Management:

  • Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns and automated workflows to efficiently guide Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through the sales funnel.

Customer Upsell and Cross-Sell Campaigns:

  • Craft a strategic communication approach within the CRM for regular, automated outreach to customers and channel partners.

Integration Between Sales and Marketing:

  • Optimise CRM processes and dashboards to ensure smooth handovers between marketing and sales teams.
  • Automate MQL-to-SQL notifications and monitor sales team activities within the CRM to secure timely lead follow-ups.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Utilise analytics tools (such as Pardot, or similar platforms) to assess the performance of email campaigns, lead nurturing initiatives, and overall customer engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to continually improve CRM effectiveness.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years in CRM management, ideally within B2B SaaS companies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Pardot or HubSpot is ideal. Experience with other CRMs will also be considered.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: A strong grasp of GDPR compliance and data privacy regulations.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to bridge marketing and sales processes, ensuring seamless lead transitions and follow-ups.
  • Analytical Mindset: Demonstrable experience in data-driven campaign optimisation.
  • Educational Background: A degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related field.
  • Industry Insight: Experience in vehicle technology, fleet management, or related industries would be a bonus.
