As they continue to invest in digital analytics, they're looking for a talented analyst to help improve customer journeys, website performance, and eCommerce strategy.

THE ROLE ??

As a Customer Digital Analyst, you'll be responsible for tracking, analysing, and optimising digital performance across websites and mobile apps. You'll work with GA4, A/B testing, and customer behavior analytics tools to provide insights that drive business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ??

? Work with technical teams to expand data coverage and improve tracking.? Use GA4 and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to produce insightful reports.? Analyse customer journeys and conversion rates, identifying opportunities for improvement.? Recommend, monitor, and measure A/B tests to enhance onsite performance.? Provide insights into competitor activity and industry trends.? Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations based on data.? Support the execution of the digital data strategy and business objectives.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE �?

?? Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).?? Experience with A/B testing and onsite customer behavior analytics (Contentsquare, Hotjar).?? Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Excel).?? Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail and accuracy.?? Excellent communication skills - able to present insights clearly to stakeholders.?? Passion for digital analytics and eCommerce performance.?? A proactive and adaptable approach, with strong time management skills.
