- Partner with product marketing to define target markets and event sub-components, leading to improved event-specific targeting and successful execution of campaigns.
- Develop and implement comprehensive database strategies aligned with marketing objectives, driving database growth and achieving strategic goals.
- Conduct regular gap analyses to ensure full market coverage and database relevance, promptly identifying and addressing data gaps.
- Collaborate with the central data team to ensure high-quality data delivery, continuously improving data quality metrics.
- Manage and maintain customer records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and improving database hygiene.
- Oversee a multi-million dollar budget for database development, optimising resource allocation and achieving data acquisition targets.
- Create and deliver automated KPI reports to senior leadership, proactively communicating progress and implementing solutions.
- Analyse multiple data sources to provide actionable insights for enhancing customer experience and personalisation, driving data-driven improvements in marketing effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing data role, including managing large global datasets.
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and other data manipulation tools.
- Experience with project management applications (e.g., Jira, Monday.com).
- Familiarity with data visualisation and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is desirable.
- Experience with SQL is desirable.
