Quest Search and Selection are proud to represent an established, market-leading, publishing, and digital media company with exciting plans for further expansion. They are now looking for a Delegate Acquisition Associate to join our team for a 12-month placement.

The Role

The Delegate Acquisition Associate - Placement focus on to support delegate acquisition by developing relationships with industry leaders. The company operates in the UK and offers up to date news, content and business solutions to our clients through their titles and a variety of event platforms.

The roles and responsibilities for this Delegate Acquisition Associate - Placement -

  1. Research potential delegates and build target lists.
  2. Contact potential delegates to promote attendance at our events.
  3. Use CRM systems to track delegate acquisition and maintain data quality.
  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase delegate acquisition.
  5. Collaborate with sales team to identify and engage with potential clients.
  6. Conduct market research to inform business development strategies.
  7. Execute digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
  8. Attend the events to make sure they run smoothly.

To be successful in this Delegate Acquisition Associate - Placement -

  1. Enrolled in an undergraduate program and available to start August/ September 2025
  2. Excellent communication on e-mail and phone as you are talking with C-Suite clients.
  3. Comfortable using CRM systems and data management tools.
  4. persuasive in nature regarding getting delegates to events.
  5. Strong research and analytical skills
  6. Passion for media, events and digital publishing
