The Role
The Delegate Acquisition Associate focus on to support delegate acquisition by developing relationships with industry leaders. The company operates in the UK and offers up to date news, content and business solutions to our clients through 5 titles and a variety of event platforms.
The roles and responsibilities for this Delegate Acquisition Associate -
- Research potential delegates and build target lists.
- Contact potential delegates to promote attendance at our events.
- Use CRM systems to track delegate acquisition and maintain data quality.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase delegate acquisition.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to inform business development strategies.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Attend the events to make sure they run smoothly.
To be successful in this Delegate Acquisition Associate -
- Enrolled in an undergraduate program and available to start between start in the November 2024.
- Excellent communication on e-mail and phone as you are talking with C-Suite clients.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and data management tools.
- persuasive in nature regarding getting delegates to events.
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Passion for media, events and digital publishing
