Our client, a dynamic independent agency based in central London, is looking for a Digital Account Director to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the most exciting clients in the industry and take a step up in your career.

What will this role include?

  • Design and implement a holistic digital strategy for both the agency and its clients.
  • Oversee the execution of digital strategies across various client campaigns.
  • Lead campaign management and supervise the digital media team.
  • Manage end-to-end digital process from planning, buying, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in BI, Data, Digital Creative, and Organic Content to ensure best outcomes.
  • Develop and manage digital profitability.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality results from the team.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in paid media within an agency environment.
  • Strong expertise in Meta, Google, and display platforms.
  • Proven success in managing diverse digital accounts for multiple clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with strong client relations skills.
  • Solid experience in managing team members.
  • Familiarity with collaborating with creative production teams to oversee the development of creative assets.
  • An innovative approach to ad technology and programmatic advertising services.
