The Company
The company is undergoing a digital transformation, deploying advanced tools and technology to redefine the customer journey across multiple markets. They are looking for a Digital Analytics Lead to shape and enhance the digital experience, managing marketing and analytics tags, generating insights, and optimising user pathways.
Role Purpose
As the Digital Analytics Lead, you'll oversee the analytics infrastructure across web and app platforms in five international markets. You'll leverage data to identify and address potential roadblocks in the user journey, supporting the commercial team in delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Tag Management: Monitor and manage all analytics tags across web and app channels.
- Debugging & Optimization: Quickly resolve anomalies and enhance data accuracy.
- Cross-Market Collaboration: Implement country-specific tags and share insights with key stakeholders.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead CRO and personalisation efforts to improve user experience.
- Segmentation & Personalisation: Identify customer segments for targeted, customised user journeys.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 Years in Analytics: Proven experience in a similar digital analytics role.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM): Expertise in GTM for both web and app platforms.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Advanced knowledge of GA4, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with consent mode, server-side tracking, and programmatic platforms, plus experience with React Native sites.
- Analytical Expertise: Ability to interpret large data sets to generate actionable insights.
- Proven Record in Conversion & Personalisation: Demonstrated success in increasing conversion rates and personalizing customer journeys.
- A/B Testing & Tools: Proficient in Adobe Target or similar tools for testing and optimisation.
