Kameo Recruitment is supporting a rapidly expanding and dynamic events business, based in Wimbledon, south-west London as they are looking to recruit an ambitious and creative Digital Campaigns Executive to join their busy Editorial Team. Reporting to the Deputy Editor, you will be responsible for coordinating digital ad campaigns, managing content delivery, sponsorship management whilst ensuring a smooth delivery process.

This role demands a high level of attention to detail, effective time management and the ability to prioritise tasks in high-pressure situations. You'll work closely with various departments (sales and marketing) to ensure the seamless execution of digital content strategies, and you'll have ample opportunities to enhance your business and creative skills.

Our client is ideally seeking a recent graduate who can effectively apply the knowledge and skills gained during their degree to a professional workplace environment.

Hours of work: Full time office based initially with potential more flexibility after the initial training period / probation.

Salary:£26,000p.a. plus 20% bonus (OTE £31,000p.a.)

Duties & Responsibilities of the Digital Campaigns Executive:

  • Sponsorship Management - manage sponsorship deliverables, maintaining an inventory, provide updates, and reporting metrics to sponsors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ad Management - manage the backend of the website to upload and manage client adverts, ensuring they are properly displayed and run for the duration of their campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on advert performance to clients and internal teams.
  • Inbox Management - Check and manage email inboxes daily, responding to any queries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to fulfil partnership deliverables.
  • Webinars, Podcasts and video promotion: Support the promotion and production of multimedia content and external events.
  • Create and design visual assets for the website, emails, webinars, and social media using Canva, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking - Analyse newsletter and webinar performance and recommend improvements.
  • Engage with the audience, suppliers, and industry participants to gather feedback and insights.
  • Schedule and coordinate social media posts with the editorial and marketing team.

What you will need to succeed as Digital Campaigns Executive:

  • Keen interest in working for a fast moving and ambitious company
  • Graduate in Editorial or Marketing / Business related degrees. This could include English, linguistics or Business Management.
  • Ideally some administrative experience but not essential.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and a flair for digital design.
  • Knowledge and experience of social media channels.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office - particularly WordPress, Canva, HubSpot and Excel.
  • Research and analysis.
  • Creative and willing to bring in new ideas.
