Our client is a leading management and professional services company based out of the UK and US. They provide a portfolio of services to a wide range of clients consisting of leaders in entertainment, film, music, radio, television and sport, including athletes, authors, digital influencers, media rights holders, musicians, producers, TV personalities and voiceover artists.

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Communications Executive to lead their brand’s presence across social media channels, website, internal/external comms and events. This role is B2B focused, developing and managing the brand comms and its online influence/presence, across social and digital platforms - delivering engaging and impactful marketing that resonates within the industry, and drives positive sentiment, fame and growth. This role will be reporting directly into the Group CEO, with a dotted line into strategy and management teams.

Duties

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop and execute compelling marketing materials that prioritize engaging, platform-native content.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and more.
  • Write captivating captions, collaborate on visual content, and maintain consistency with the brand’s voice across all platforms.
  • Partner with in-house or external creators and influencers to produce authentic, engaging collaborations that resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for both pre-planned and reactive communications.
  • Tailor content strategies to each platform’s unique algorithms and audience expectations, ensuring optimal engagement.

Community Engagement:

  • Actively manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and discussions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Monitor and engage with social media conversations around the brand and industry, sharing relevant insights with the wider team.
  • Track and analyse competitor activity in the creator economy

Analytics, Insights and Reporting:

  • Analyse social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and regular reports to key stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimise content, enhancing ROI from social-first marketing efforts.
  • Set and track KPIs to measure campaign performance and assess alignment with business objectives.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:

  • Collaborate closely with wider management teams, ensuring alignment with broader marketing campaigns and business goals
  • Partner with SEO specialists to amplify successful organic campaigns through targeted promotional strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally in a social-first or content-centric role.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and trends, including emerging channels
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a portfolio showcasing previous campaigns.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing both brand and audience needs.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and content collaboration processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
