My client is an international leading Healthcare Membership organisation is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Coordinator.

Communications Manager
Main Purpose:
To design and coordinate the membership organisation’s digital marketing plans, sourcing new promotional opportunities
Create world class assets & content for email campaigns, social media, print and online publication adverts, websites and events
To support the Marketing Manager in strengthening our brand identity and international reputation
To create content and coordinate the promotion of our Education products and activities, including the new structured e-learning platform Academy, in all channels and to all relevant audiences to increasereach
To support the marketing plans for our events
To support the development, growth and engagement of the Membershipprogram
To ensure the integrity and impact of our image and messaging to members and potentialmembers
To provide tracking and reporting on all major campaigns
Job Description
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Corporate
Develop and engage with partnerships for the promotion of educational activities and resources
Create compelling and engaging promotional content for our Membership, Education, Events and Journal products and upload material to the website and email channels
Track the success of different promotional activities and reportaccordingly
Coordinate and produce marketing materials and literature, such as web content, direct emails or newsletters, brochures, patient information and press releases to increase delegates to courses and users ofresources
Monitor and analyse key email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates and provide regular reports and insights to improve campaign performance
Own email marketing campaigns including building and scheduling email workflows, setting up A/B testing, and segmenting email lists based on audience characteristics
Work closely with the wider Marketing department to ensure coordination with other communication channels
Support the Marketing Manager in ensuring the highest quality of all our communications and alignment with the organisational vision andmission
Monitor budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered to planned marketing spend and oversee payments to vendors
Stay updated on industry trends, email marketing best practices and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team
EventsDevelop and coordinate an engaging marketing plan for the membership organisation events to ensure the agreed number of delegates can beattained
EducationDesign, plan and coordinate the marketing campaign for all Education courses, activities and resources, including our Academy, to ensure agreed participants areregistered
Work with the Marketing Manager and Education team to create the messaging, value proposition and communications plan to promote our educational offer and optimise the user journey on thewebsite
Work closely with the education team to ensure education course and webinar pages are optimised for SEO and conversions
MembershipWorking with the Membership Manager, design campaigns to increase Membership across all categories
Help support the Membership journey through allofferings
Work with the Membership Manager on initiatives to increase and retain the number of Members and increase their engagement
JournalHelp coordinate and deliver an engaging marketing plan to complement the promotional program from thepublisher
Work with designers to produce Membership, Education and Event adverts for print/ digital publications and online.
Person Specification:
Minimum 3 years in a relevant role
Experience promoting events and learning activities online
Demonstrable experience of creating successful email marketing campaigns
Working for a membership organisation
CRM / CMS / Website projects
Organising own workload whilst working in multifunctional teams
Writing compelling marketing copy for social medial, email and digitalcommunications
Experience, Knowledge and Skills required:
Strong technical working knowledge of the development, application and implementation of digital communications
Accuracy and attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage a varied and unpredictable workload
An excellent level of IT literacy including MS Office suite, PowerPoint, Teams
Copywriting to a high standard
