Digital Marketing Executive

A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated and skilled digital marketing professional to join a growing and established fin tech company to increase the brand awareness.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Email Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing to optimise performance.
  • Event Management: Coordinate event invitations, manage RSVP lists, and track event attendance and follow-ups.
  • Webinars: Organise and promote webinars, ensuring proper setup, promotion, registration, and post-webinar content distribution.
  • Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish posts across platforms. Manage and streamline content, ensuring consistency and timely engagement
  • Content Management: Post and update content on the company website, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • SEO & SEM: Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies, SEM campaigns, keyword research, and optimising website content for search engines.
  • Asset Creation & Implementation: Support the creation, implementation, and management of digital assets (banners, videos, images) for use in campaigns and social media.
  • Video Asset Handling & Creation: Manage video assets, working with external agencies to commission motion design and video creation, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Provide weekly status updates and reports on marketing campaign performance, pipeline progress, and upcoming tasks.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing or marketing co-ordination role.
  • Proven experience managing email campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM initiatives, and video assets.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools such as Totango, Microsoft 365, Webflow, Azure, and social media aggregators.
  • Experience with website content management and ability to work across platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to optimise content for search engines.
  • Experience in asset creation and handling, including working with motion design and video production.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating across teams to collect information and drive marketing activities.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle both strategic initiatives and execution.
