The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Paid Media Executive to help us scale performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. You’ll work alongside our talented Paid Media Manager and Creative teams to plan, launch, and optimise high-performing campaigns that drive real business results.

This role is perfect for someone with 1+ years of hands-on paid media experience, who’s hungry to grow, experiment, and make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Launching and optimising paid social and PPC campaigns (mainly Meta & Google Ads)
  • Building media plans and forecasts for exciting client campaigns
  • Analysing performance data and pulling insights to shape strategy
  • Writing ad copy and briefing creative that actually converts
  • A/B testing - from creatives to audience targeting
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and platform updates
  • Reporting performance to clients and helping them get the value we bring

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years experience in a digital marketing or media role (agency or in-house)
  • Confident in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Data-driven with a strong understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA etc.)
  • Naturally curious - you’re always asking "what if we tried…?"
  • A good communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in TikTok Ads, Pinterest or YouTube
