- Proven experience in digital strategy, ideally within an agency.
- Expertise in at least one of Search Marketing (SEO, PPC), Social Media Marketing (including both Organic and Paid Social), Content Creation or Analytics.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to align strategies with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills for client and internal interactions.
- A structured, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
- Develop and deliver digital strategies across search, social, and analytics.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Write proposals, scope work, and price projects.
- Lead on client accounts, working closely with Account Directors and Campaign Coordinators.
- Build relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the agency.
- Present strategies clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and apply insights to your work.
- A confident strategist with the ability to take ownership of client campaigns.
- A natural problem-solver who thrives on making data-driven decisions.
